We aim to remove all of the worries about buying second-hand and provide an experience that gives the same benefits as buying brand new equipment. All of our Pre-Owned guitars come with a 6 month parts and labour warranty. Pre-Owned amplifiers and pedals come with a 1 month warranty, to cover any problems you may have to begin with, and all of our new equipment comes with manufacturers warranty as default.

All stringed instruments purchased at Hippo Guitars will be restrung at no labour cost for the first 12 months of ownership, providing that strings are purchased in-store at the time of booking in.
